EDM punch can carry out high-speed piercing from inclined plane and curved surface. Today, let's talk about the preparation before the piercing machine processing
The first step is to check whether the operating system of the power panel is normal and whether it can be powered on normally.
The second is set all knob switches on the operation panel to 0.
The third step is turn on all the buttons on the panel.
The fourth step is to connect the positive pole of the processing power supply with the workpiece.
The fifth step is to determine the hole diameter and select the corresponding electrode, spring chuck and sealing ring.
The sixth step, install the electrode on the screw head and clamp it. (remind everyone to clamp properly)
The seventh step is to install the guide device corresponding to the electrode in the guide frame, and pass through and fasten the electrode.
The eighth step is check whether the distance between the guide and the workpiece is 3-5mm.
In the ninth step, according to the parameter table recommended by processing parameters, select the processing electrical parameters.
The tenth step is check whether the electric conductivity of the pad iron, joint wire and the contact surface of the workpiece is good.
