The difference between CNC lathe and ordinary lathe is as follows
1. Totally enclosed or semi enclosed protection device is adopted. Numerical control lathe adopts closed protection device, which can prevent chips or cutting fluid from flying out and bring accidental injury to the operator.
2. Automatic chip removal device is adopted. Most CNC lathes adopt inclined bed structure layout, which is convenient for chip removal and automatic chip removal machine.
3. The spindle speed is high, the workpiece clamping is safe and reliable. Most CNC lathes adopt hydraulic chuck, which makes the adjustment of clamping force convenient and reliable, and also reduces the labor intensity of operators.
4. Automatic tool change. CNC lathes all use automatic rotary turret, which can automatically change the tool in the process of processing, and continuously complete the processing of multiple processes.
5. The main drive and feed drive are separated. The main drive and feed drive of CNC lathe adopt independent servo motors, which makes the drive chain simple and reliable. At the same time, each motor can move independently and realize multi axis linkage.
