The main contents of the daily maintenance of CNC machine: the daily maintenance of CNC machine requires the maintenance personnel not only to have the knowledge of machinery, processing technology and hydraulic pressure, but also to have the knowledge of electronic computer, automatic control, driving and measuring technology, so as to fully understand and master the CNC lathe and do a good job in maintenance work in time.
The main maintenance work includes the following contents:
(1) Choose the right environment for use. The operating environment of CNC lathe (such as temperature, humidity, vibration, power supply voltage, frequency and interference) will affect the normal operation of the machine tool. Therefore, the installation conditions and requirements specified in the machine manual should be strictly met when installing the machine tool. If the economic conditions permit, the CNC lathe should be isolated from the ordinary machining equipment to facilitate maintenance and repair.
(2) The CNC lathe shall be equipped with special personnel for NC system programming, operation and maintenance. These personnel shall be familiar with the mechanical, numerical control system, strong current equipment, hydraulic pressure, air pressure and other characteristics of the machine tool, as well as the operating environment and processing conditions, and be able to correctly use the CNC Lathe according to the requirements of the machine tool and system operation instructions.
(3) Clean in time. Such as air filter, cleaning of electrical cabinet, cleaning of printed circuit board.
(4) Machine tool cable inspection, mainly to check whether the mobile joint of the cable, the corner of the poor contact, broken wire and short circuit and other faults.
(5) Some numerical control system parameter memory uses CMOS element, the storage content is maintained by battery power supply when power is off. In case of low-voltage alarm, the battery must be replaced in time, and it must be carried out under the power on state of the control system, otherwise, the storage parameters will be lost and the CNC system will not work.
(6) Long term maintenance of CNC lathe. When the NC lathe is not in use, the NC system should be powered on frequently. When the machine tool is locked, it will run empty. In the rainy season with high air humidity, power should be applied every day to drive away the moisture in the numerical control cabinet by using the heating of electrical components themselves, so as to ensure the stable and reliable performance of electronic components.
