M3060 horizontal axis and rectangular table surface grinder is widely used in machinery manufacturing industry, and it is a necessary finishing machine for machining. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, easy operation and easy maintenance.
M3060 surface grinder is mainly composed of grinding head, column, bed, carriage, workbench and hydraulic device. The machine adopts the structure of column fixation and carriage moving, and the movement of worktable is hydraulic transmission.
The column is equipped with a grinding head part and a grinding head lifting mechanism, and the grinding head is an important part of the surface grinder for grinding workpiece. The grinding head is divided into two parts: grinding head shell and grinding head sleeve. The grinding head sleeve is installed in the grinding head housing. The grinding head sleeve is equipped with 4 high-precision angular contact bearings and main shafts. The main motor and grinding head spindle are connected by coupling. The vertical movement of the grinding head is realized by the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism is composed of screw pair, bevel gear, worm gear and worm. The vertical movement of the grinding head is divided into fast motorized lifting and manual operation.
The bed is provided with a carriage part, in which a screw rod pair, a synchronous pulley and a micro motor are arranged. The horizontal movement of the carriage can meet the requirements of fast forward, fast backward, working feed and manual operation. During fast forward and backward operation, press the relevant buttons on the operation panel. The micro motor drives the synchronous pulley and screw rod to rotate rapidly, and the carriage moves rapidly. When working feed, the user can adjust the knob on the operation panel from small to large, or from large to small, and then press the related button of cross feed. Manually move the carriage and directly turn the hand wheel in the middle of the carriage.
The guide rail of the carriage and the bed adopts double V guide rail pair and lower guide rail, which is light and flexible. The carriage is equipped with oil cylinder and special valve. The piston rod of the oil cylinder is respectively connected with the connecting block of the oil cylinder of the worktable on the carriage to push the worktable to move back and forth. The pressure oil output by the oil pump enters the special valve, and the piston moves left or right through the reversing action of the valve.
The guide rails of the worktable and the carriage adopt V and flat guide pairs, and the upper guide rails are pasted with plastic, light and flexible. The column guide rail adopts adjustable structure, which is convenient for maintenance.
According to the needs of users, digital display coordinate device can be added separately.
