It is suitable for the parts with proper batch, which are complex, many processes, high precision requirements, need a variety of common machine tools and a variety of cutting tools, tooling, after many times of clamping and adjustment to complete the processing of parts with appropriate batch.
The Vertical machining center mainly processes box type, complex curved surface, special-shaped parts, disc, sleeve and plate parts. It is widely used in machinery, automobile, aircraft, aerospace, ship, national defense and other fields of products.
1. The main parts of the fuselage are made of high-quality cast iron, the internal ribs are strengthened, all of them are tempered, and the finite element analysis is carried out by the special design software, which has the characteristics of high strength, good stability and not easy to deform, which ensures the rigidity of the whole machine and the precision stability of long-term use.
2. The transmission components are fag precision bearing and Rexroth high quality guide rail. The pre stretching process is adopted in the installation of ball screw, which can improve the rigidity of transmission parts and eliminate the elongation of ball screw caused by thermal stress effect during the operation of ball screw, and improve the accuracy maintenance of machine tool in long-term use.
3. Box type spindle head structure, reinforced internal tendons, and equipped with Taiwan famous brand Luoyi spindle, P4 ultra precision angle ball bearing and large span support design are adopted, so that the spindle can bear strong radial and axial thrust and eliminate the vibration caused by heavy load cutting.
