Operation process and basic knowledge of WEDM control cabinet
1. Confirm the cutting target: when a workpiece is required to be processed, the operator shall make sure that the wire cutting is required, and also see the size and finish requirements. After defining these contents, we should consider how to cut, how to put the workpiece on the machine tool, and how to confirm the processing technology.
2. Equipment electrode wire: put the electrode wire on first, and then thread it. First, the screw cylinder should be swung to the right side of the stroke, and then the travel switch should be tightened. Finally, one end of the electrode wire should be fixed with a screw. Swing the silk cylinder with a rocker. When the bobbin is transported to the other end of its travel, the electrode wire will be cut off. After the electrode wire is threaded, it is necessary to shake the wire cylinder to the right for more than ten turns, and then tighten the travel switch at the left end.
3. Processing workpiece: in the control system operation, start the operation is good, now the wire cutting machine is now automated.
4. Test the quality of finished products: require a ruler to measure the size, and then to see whether the lubrication degree meets the requirements.
