The following measures will improve the finish to a certain extent:

2. The guide wheel and bearing maintain good accuracy and smooth operation, reduce wire chatter and wire jump, and keep the wire motion track in one line, and minimize the displacement.

 

3. The proper tension of the wire should be maintained, and the guide wheel and the power feed block should be adjusted to keep the tension of the working area unchanged when the wire is going up and down.

 

4. The wire should not be too tight, the water should not be too new, the new water is certainly beneficial to the cutting efficiency, but the cutting finish is not the best.

 

5. A splint is added on the upper and lower sides of the workpiece which is too thin, so that the reversing stripes are buffered within the scope of the splint.

 

6. XY motion is stable, accurate, follow-up fidelity is good, no block crawling is also very important.

 

7. Keep the frequency conversion tracking of stable and loose.

 

8. When the cutting amount is very small, scanning the cutting surface once again will have a beneficial effect on the dimensional accuracy and smoothness. Scanning three times in a row will basically remove the commutation stripes. As long as the machine tool has high repeated positioning accuracy, the cutting surface smoothness will be improved by one to two orders of magnitude, The effect is similar to that of slow wire cutting machine, and it does not take much time, which is one of the advantages of fast wire cutting machine.
