1. Remove the drill chuck, remove the sealing ring, and then insert the mandrel
2. Then press the down key and align the mandrel with the guide plate. If there is any deviation, loosen the two inner hexagon screws of M6 for calibration!
3. After calibration, remove the mandrel from the rotating head and install it on the guide plate! Use a dial indicator to measure the value of the highest point and the lowest point on the front of the mandrel, and the error is within 0.03mm (the highest point and the lowest point should be at the highest point on the curved surface of the mandrel). If there is an error, adjust the two M4 screws in front and behind the guide plate, and move the spindle up and down to find the highest point and the lowest point. After the front of the mandrel is calibrated, the side of the mandrel is calibrated, which is also the value of the highest point and the lowest point. If there is error, adjust the two M4 screws on the left and right of the guide plate to within 0.03mm
4. After the side of the mandrel is calibrated, calibrate the front of the mandrel again. (if the side error of the mandrel is large, the front value of the mandrel will change and need to be corrected again). After the correction, remove the mandrel from the guide plate, and then install the mandrel on the rotating head. Repeat the first step. If there is no error, the correction is completed! If there is still error, repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 until there is no error and the correction is completed!
