How to cut a taper when use wire cut machines？
1. Draw a circle, then make a lead wire
2. Generate a machining task, (see video)--Parameter, enter 0.1, choose "left" then "OK" 3.Then choose "taper cutting features , offset ---0.1,choose "outline", The distance between guide wheel centres will need to be measured and input. (see video) , so does the distance from guide wheel centre to the cutting job. Enter the other parameters then click "OK".
3. In the processing starting point, click the left key, and then click the left key,the taper diagram will appear
4. Then "send taper task to autocut", select "card 1" then click left key, right key. The diagram will show.
5. If the cutting process, graphics can not be cut. It indicates that the UV axis is reversed, and the taper axis needs to be adjusted.
