How to change the Molybdenum wire for the wire cutting machine?
1. First, turn the wire drum of the wire cutting machine to the far right
2. There is a screw on the wire drum. Adjust it so that the screw is inclined to the guide wheel
As shown in the figure below:
3. Fix one end of molybdenum wire on the screw and then bypass the guide wheel
4. Hold the molybdenum wire tray firmly in your right hand, push wire drum forward with your left hand.
5. After winding for several turns, press the wire position
6. On the manual control box, press the "molybdenum wire" button. Wire drum starts to work normally.
