During maintenance, the following four parts should be focused on:
(1) Power supply: check the incoming power supply of Wire cut machine, whether the voltage fluctuation is within ± 10%, whether the high-order harmonic is serious, the size of power, whether to install a regulated power supply, etc.
(2) Working fluid: the function of Wire cut machine working fluid is cooling, washing, chip removal, etc., so whether the wire cutting working fluid is qualified or not is directly related to the quality of the workpiece after processing. Check whether the wire cutting fluid is too black, whether there is a peculiar smell, if there is such a phenomenon, then its comprehensive performance will be poor, easy to cause wire breakage.
(3) Electrode wire: the quality, installation and preservation of electrode wire are directly related to the quality of workpiece after processing. Check whether the electrode wire is properly selected, and the thicker electrode wire should be selected for processing thick workpiece, which is conducive to chip removal and tension. Check the tightness of the electrode wire installation. If the electrode wire is too loose, the electrode wire will shake violently and break easily. If it is too tight, the internal stress will increase and the wire will break easily. Check whether the installation position of the electrode wire deviates from the center position and is not in the same plane, If so, the electrode wire is very easy to be broken or clamped; check whether the electrode wire is preserved in a standard way. If there is moisture, oxidation and exposure to the sun during storage, the electrode wire will become brittle and easy to break.
(4) Control cabinet: due to static electricity and other reasons, it is easy to accumulate dust in the control cabinet. When the dust is damp, it will corrode the circuit board, cause short circuit or open circuit, then damage the electronic components, and even cause the whole circuit board to be scrapped. Therefore, it is necessary to check regularly.
