What are the requirements of high speed EDM drilling in operation?
1. Avoid strong electricity, strong magnetism and other equipment that seriously affect signal transmission. Such as: welding machine, launch tower, etc.
2. Use the three core power supply to ensure the correct grounding of the small hole machine and reduce the disturbance.
3. The voltage is required to be stable, avoid excessive fluctuation and shake, and use voltage regulator.
4. It is not allowed to work in strong acid or alkali environment for a long time.
So, what else do we need to pay attention to in order to operate safely?
1. Before processing, please check whether the working fluid of the machine tool is closed to avoid oil leakage;
2. It is forbidden to flush oil, and the liquid level must be more than 50 mm higher than the workpiece during processing;
3. During processing, there should be no foreign matters in the working fluid that have nothing to do with the processing;
4. It is forbidden to operate by non professional personnel, and professional personnel shall be present during the operation of EDM drilling;
5. It is forbidden to touch the electrode, clamp and wire in the process of machining, so as to avoid electric shock. In addition, if there is a malfunction or abnormality in the EDM drilling, please do not use it.
