2. The low-frequency vibration of stepping motor is easy to appear at low-speed. When it works at low-speed, damping technology or subdivision technology are generally used to overcome the low-frequency vibration phenomenon, while the servo motor operates very smoothly, even at low-speed, there is no vibration phenomenon.
3. It takes hundreds of milliseconds for stepping motor to accelerate from static to working speed, while AC servo system has better acceleration performance, generally only a few milliseconds can be used, which can be used in control occasions requiring fast start and stop.
4. Generally, stepping motor will not lose step, which is convenient to control. However, the speed of servo motor, especially the low-end servo motor, is not accurate, so it is easy to control and operate.
5. The stepper motor does not have the overload ability, but the servo motor has the strong overload ability.
