Debugging method of Vertical Machine Center (VMC)

Vertical machining center in use for a period of time may appear the situation of work efficiency decline, we need to debug, the following teach you method:

1. Add oil to the lubrication points of the vertical machining center, fill the hydraulic oil tank with the required hydraulic oil, and connect the air source.

2. Power up the vertical machining center, supply power to each part separately or after one power on test, then supply power to all parts. Observe whether each part has alarm, whether each part is manual, whether each part is normal, and whether each safety device works. All links of the machine tool can be operated and moved.

3. Grouting. After the initial operation of the vertical machining center, the geometric accuracy of the machine tool is roughly adjusted, and the relative positions of the main moving parts and the host machine after disassembly and assembly are adjusted. The manipulator, tool magazine, exchange table, position alignment, etc. After these works are completed, the anchor bolts of the main engine and accessories can be poured with quick drying cement, and the reserved holes of the anchor bolts can be poured flat.

4. Debugging. Prepare all kinds of testing tools, such as precision level, standard square ruler, parallel square tube, etc.

5. Adjust the level of the machine tool to make the geometric accuracy of the vertical machining center reach the allowable error range. Adopt multi-point pad support to adjust the bed to the level in the free state to ensure the stability of the bed after adjustment.

6. Adjust the position of the manipulator relative to the spindle by manual operation, and use the adjusting mandrel. When installing the maximum weight tool handle, it is necessary to automatically exchange the tool magazine to the spindle position for many times, so as to ensure accuracy and avoid collision.

7. Move the worktable of the vertical machining center to the exchange position, adjust the relative position between the pallet station and the exchange worktable, so that the automatic exchange action of the worktable is stable, and install the maximum load of the worktable for multiple exchanges.

8. Check whether the setting parameters of the numerical control system and the PLC device of the programmable controller conform to the specified data in the random data, and then test the main operation functions, safety measures, and the execution of common instructions.
