The daily maintenance of CNC lathe is a very important part, which is not only related to the service life of the lathe, but also can prevent the failure during operation may delay the production process. Equipment maintenance personnel not only need to have the general knowledge of machinery, processing technology and hydraulic, but also the knowledge of computer, automatic control, drive and measurement technology. Let's have a brief understanding of the following aspects of lathe daily maintenance:
1、 Select the appropriate operating environment. Ensure the sanitation of the equipment site, prevent dust from entering the parts and affecting the tightness of the parts. The application environment of the equipment will also affect the normal operation of the machine tool, so when installing the machine tool, the installation conditions and requirements in accordance with the machine tool manual rules should be strictly observed.
2、 The daily maintenance of CNC lathe should be equipped with CNC system programming, operation and maintenance professionals. These personnel should understand the mechanical, numerical control system, strong current equipment, hydraulic pressure, air pressure and other characteristics of the machine tool, as well as the operating environment and processing conditions, and be able to correctly use the machine tool and system according to the requirements of the operating instructions.
3、 Clean up in time. Such as air filter, electrical cabinet cleaning, PCB cleaning. The inspection of the machine tool cable mainly focuses on the mobile connector of the cable, whether there are problems such as poor contact, broken wire and short circuit at the corner.
4、 Some numerical control system's parameter memory uses the CMOS element, the storage content depends on the battery power supply when the power is off. When the low voltage alarm appears, the battery should be replaced in time, and it should be carried out when the control system is powered on, otherwise the stored parameters will be lost and the CNC system will not work.
5、 Do not give CNC lathe routine maintenance for a long time. When the equipment is not in use, the CNC system should be powered on frequently, and the machine tool should be idle when it is locked. In the Meiyu season with high air humidity, we should power on every day, and use electrical components to generate heat to drive away the moisture in the numerical control cabinet, so as to ensure the stable and reliable performance of electronic components.
