1、 Before work
1. Wear protective equipment correctly, wear protective glasses and work clothes tightly.
2. Check the machinery, pulse power supply, control knob, display instrument, exhaust fan and other parts to ensure that they are safe and reliable.
3. According to the regulations, the specified lubricating oil or grease shall be injected into the lubricating parts regularly to ensure the flexible operation of the mechanism. Especially, the reverser and bearing shall be inspected and replaced regularly (tentatively for half a year).
4. No open fire or smoking is allowed in the operation room, and sufficient fire fighting equipment must be provided at the work site to ensure that it is in good condition.
5. Regularly check whether the filter in the cleaning working fluid tank is blocked by chip sediment, and check whether the working fluid pump is in good condition and whether there is abnormal sound.
6. Check whether the exhaust equipment is in good condition.
2、 At work
1. The operator should stand on the insulated rubber or wood pedal.
2. Do not touch the electrode by hand.
3. The pulse power supply must be cut off when loading and unloading workpieces, positioning, correcting electrodes and wiping machine tools.
4. The working liquid level should be kept 50-60mm higher than the surface of the workpiece, so as to avoid ignition when the liquid level is too low.
5. Remove the harmful gas decomposed in time.
6. It is strictly forbidden to operate more than two machine tools at the same time by one person. It is not allowed to leave the work post during operation. If it is necessary to leave, the machine must be shut down.
3、 End of work
At the end of the work, the power supply must be cut off, the cutting chips, oil stains and on-site sanitation must be cleaned up on the machine tool, and the work site must be tidied up. Fill in equipment operation records and shift records.
