1、 Motor fault
1. Low voltage. Troubleshooting: after the power supply voltage is normal, use or increase a stable voltage to provide a regulated power supply.
2. The phase sequence of three-phase power line is reversed. Troubleshooting: cut off the power supply immediately and adjust the phase sequence of three-phase power supply.
3. The motor is damaged. Troubleshooting: replace the motor.
2、 CNC lathe machine turret is not locked
1. The system anti-lock time is not long enough. Troubleshooting: adjust the system anti lock time parameter (the new tool holder anti lock time t = 1.2s).
2. Mechanical locking mechanism failure. Troubleshooting: disassemble the tool holder, adjust the machine, and check whether the locating pin is broken.
3. The tray is not in the right position. Troubleshooting: remove the top cover of the tool holder, rotate and adjust the position of the transmitter, so that the hall element of the tool holder is aligned with the magnetic steel, so that the tool position stops at the accurate position.
3、 CNC lathe machine turret not rotating or stuck
1. The spindle is bent or broken. Troubleshooting: replace the spindle. The replacement method should refer to the spindle description of the corresponding turret model. Do not change the spindle size at will, otherwise the service life of the turret will be seriously affected.
2. The spring is broken. Troubleshooting: replace the spring, pay attention to two pairs of pins do not mix.
3. The guide pin of the clutch is broken. Troubleshooting: replace the guide pin and pay attention to the position of the pin hole connecting the clutch and the screw.
4. The guide pin at the outer end gear plate is broken. Troubleshooting: replace the guide pin, and pay attention to the position relationship of the outer end gear disc, nut and upper tool body.
5. The turret can be rotated, but the turret can not be fixed at any tool position. Troubleshooting: check the static and dynamic parameters of Hall element. If the parameters are abnormal, replace the element. Replace CPU board and position board.
4、 Abnormal tool wear of CNC lathe machine
1. The rapid tool wear is caused by the insufficient extreme pressure performance of the cutting oil. Elimination method: select special cutting oil with sulfurized fatty acid ester as main agent instead of non special oil.
2. The main reasons for tool collapse are uneven hardness of processed materials, rough surface of processed parts, too fast speed and too large feed. Elimination method: reduce the cutting speed, use the raw materials that meet the standard, and use the special cutting oil with sulfurized lard as the main agent to replace the non special oil.
5、 The accuracy of CNC lathe machine turret is not accurate
1. The pressure die part of the upper tool body is compressed and deformed, resulting in poor gear engagement. Troubleshooting: replace the upper tool body.
2. The turret is not locked. Troubleshooting: extend the tool holder locking time.
3. The turret rotates continuously or the turret is in a certain position. Troubleshooting: check whether there is short circuit or open circuit in the transmitter panel wiring.
