There is a speed change handle on the left side of the headstock. Remove the screw with an internal hexagon wrench and take down the speed change handle to see if the fork is damaged or out of gear. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one. The out of gear is better handled. Move the triple gear in the headstock to the middle position, and then install the fork on the middle gear, apply sealant and install the speed change gear.
