CNC machining center is a better combination of high efficiency, high speed, automation technology and numerical control technology. It is a perfect unified machining center with high performance and economy. It refers to a CNC machine tool with tool library and automatic tool changing function. It can process multiple processes after clamping the workpiece once. So do you know what the classification of CNC machining center is?
Machining center is usually classified by the relative position of spindle and workbench, which is divided into horizontal, vertical and universal machining centers.
(1) Horizontal machining center: refers to the machining center set parallel to the axis of the main shaft and the workbench, which is mainly applicable to the processing of box parts.
(2) Vertical machining center: refers to the machining center set vertically between the axis of the main shaft and the workbench, and is mainly applicable to the processing of complex parts such as plate, plate, mould and small shell.
(3) Universal machining center (also called multi axis linkage machining center): refers to the machining center which can control the linkage change by processing the angle between the axis of the main axis and the rotation axis of the workbench, and complete the machining center of complex space surface. It is suitable for machining impeller rotor, mould, cutting tool and other workpieces with complex space surface.
CNC machining center is a highly mechatronic product. After the workpiece is clamped, the CNC system can control the machine tool to automatically select and change the tool according to different processes, automatically align the tool, automatically change the spindle speed and feed amount, and can continuously complete various processes such as drilling, boring, milling, hinge and tapping. It has good economic effect on the parts with complex machining shape, high precision and frequent variety replacement.
