3. WEDM machining, it is necessary to have a certain insulation function in the liquid medium, such as kerosene, saponified oil, deionized water, etc., between the molybdenum wire and the surface of the workpiece to be processed adhere to a certain gap, if the gap is too large, the voltage between the electrodes can not break through the electrode dielectric, then the spark discharge can not occur; if the gap is too small, it is easy to form a short circuit connection, also can not be generated Discharge of WEDM.
