Rotary head O-ring

As the sealing ring is a vulnerable part, water leakage is unavoidable. No matter which drilling is used, there will be water leakage, but the difference is that the time of high-grade machine is longer than that of low-grade machine. In this case, only the sealing ring should be replaced. The sealing ring is very easy to buy from the market, but its models are also divided into many types. Some manufacturers think that the size of the sealing ring is about the same when they buy it. In fact, if you buy a fake one, it will leak quickly and even damage the rotating head assembly. Therefore, it is recommended that you go to the regular manufacturer to buy it.
Electrode copper tube
Copper pipe is not only the vulnerable parts of drilling machine, but also the common consumables. When drilling, the electrode loss is generally more than 100%, so a 400mm long copper pipe is generally able to drill less than ten 20mm thick holes. The quality of copper tube directly determines the quality of drilling and the life of consumables.
Electrode/Sealing ring
The electrode sealing ring is used with electrode copper tube. Since the drilling machine is cooled by high pressure, the sealing ring is very important. In case of water leakage at the electrode, replace the sealing ring in time.
Water pump seal ring
Because the water pump of the drilling machine is running under high pressure for a long time, the high-pressure water pump is easy to leak due to the aging of the sealing ring after using for a period of time. It is suggested to check the high-pressure water pump regularly and keep the normal oil level. In case of water leakage, replace the sealing ring in time.
