(1) When the molybdenum wire is empty, check whether the molybdenum wire shakes.
(2) Whether there are cutting marks on the surface of the conductive block and whether the molybdenum wire is trapped in the conductive block.
(3) Whether the flow rate and color of working fluid are normal.
(4) Before processing, the process needs to be simulated. Judge whether the cutting program generated by the system is true or not.
(5) According to the characteristics of the material, the working surplus of the final cutting should be as long as possible to reduce the influence of material deformation.
(6) Several problems of the working surface after cutting:
① If there are line marks on the surface, it may be caused by the shaking of electrode wire or material deformation and unreasonable offset setting.
② There are serious black spots on both ends of the working surface and the problem of working fluid. It is suggested to use bm-4 water base cutting fluid.
③ After cutting, please clean the workpiece with permanent oxalic acid in time, and then rinse the oxalic acid residue with water. Dry the water stains with a clean white cloth and coat them with antirust oil.
