 1. Summary

2. Machine structure

1) The main parts of the fuselage are made of high-quality cast iron, the internal ribs are strengthened, all of them are tempered, and the finite element analysis is carried out by the special design software. It has the characteristics of high strength, good stability and not easy to deform, which ensures the rigidity of the whole machine and the accuracy and stability of long-term use.

3. Technical features

1) Taiwan spindle, the highest speed up to 10000 rpm, with Japan's high-speed silent tooth belt drive, transmission does not slip and durable. The nose end of the spindle is designed to be dustproof with the air curtain of the spindle, which can prevent the entry of foreign matters and ensure the accuracy and service life of the spindle.

2) FANUC system of Japan has 10.4 inch color LCD display; the display part and control part are integrated structure, and fan free structure improves maintainability. Simple and easy-to-use operation screen; integrated design of control unit, equipped with the latest risc-cpu and high-speed graphics chip to achieve high-quality picture display; optical fiber servo communication drive connection; front-end CF card to realize the input and output of processing program and maintenance data, large capacity program direct editing; with programming auxiliary function; with various Wizard functions, G-code wizard, alarm wizard And operation wizard.

3) Support hard CF card, U disk, Ethernet and other program switching functions, greatly facilitating user program input and output. Advanced function of surface interpolation can realize high efficiency and high quality surface machining economically. Support online help, blueprint programming and background editing.

4) The servo drive and motor adopts FANUC motor from Japan, which has the characteristics of good control characteristics, large torque, good tracking accuracy and fast response.

5) The guide rail and ball screw adopt centralized automatic lubrication system, which can inject oil to each lubricating part regularly and quantitatively, ensure the uniform lubrication of each moving surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance, improve the motion accuracy, and ensure the service life of the guide rail and ball screw.

6) The machine tool adopts fully enclosed protection to ensure the personal safety of workers in the process of processing, and make the cooling liquid and iron filings in the process of processing be safely and fully recovered to ensure the cleanliness of the workplace.
