Product introduction:
The machine adopts the movable layout of carriage, which is composed of bed, column, carriage, grinding head and worktable. Double V-shaped guide rails are used for bed and carriage, one flat and one V-shaped guide rail is used for carriage and worktable. The carriage moves horizontally along the bed, the worktable moves longitudinally along the guide rail on the carriage, and the guide rail of the worktable is pasted with PTFE guide rail. The column is steel inlaid rectangular guide rail, which has 6-face contact, good wear resistance, rigidity and motion sensitivity.
The spindle of grinding wheel is driven by AC motor. The spindle axis of grinding head is parallel and fixed along the y-axis direction.
The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure. The stepless speed control single rod two-way hydraulic cylinder is adopted by the special reversing valve of Taiwan grinder to push the worktable to move left and right. The movement is stable, which ensures that the worktable does not crawl at a slow speed of 3M and is convenient for tool setting operation.
The transverse movement of the carriage adopts AC motor to drive the ball screw to realize the functions of transverse continuous, intermittent feed, micro feed (special configuration), stepless speed regulation, etc. the hand wheel is used to realize the function of tool setting and micro feed, which is convenient for groove grinding.
The vertical movement of grinding head adopts AC motor to drive Taiwan precision T-type lead screw to realize micro feed (special configuration), stepless speed regulation and other functions, and uses hand wheel to realize tool setting function and micro feed function.
Product features:
The grinding head is a box structure, equipped with Taiwan Shunjia precision spindle group. Its internal spindle adopts sleeve type structure and adopts imported precision angular contact ball bearing. The bearing has the advantages of high motion precision, long service life, low starting power, large bearing capacity at high speed and good vibration resistance. It is suitable for heavy cutting and is the preferred bearing for grinder spindle. In addition, the shafting layout is optimized to make it have a good system comprehensive stiffness. The spindle has excellent performance in terms of rotation accuracy, strong grinding ability, seismic resistance and service life.
The worktable and bed are made of high quality HT300 cast iron, and the guide rail of the worktable adopts the structure of one flat and one V-shaped guide rail, and is pasted with PTFE guide rail belt, so as to ensure that the moving guide rail of the working table has good guiding performance. The worktable is driven by double rod hydraulic cylinder. The stroke reversing block is installed in the T-shaped groove on the side of the worktable. The movement of the worktable is controlled by the reversing rod on the special valve of the grinder on the carriage by the reversing block, and the stroke is adjusted by the hexagon screw.
The carriage is made of high quality HT300 cast iron, with closed box structure and dense reinforcement inside. There are transverse guide rail and longitudinal guide rail on the carriage. The transverse guide rail adopts double V-shaped guide rail structure, and is pasted with PTFE guide rail belt to ensure the horizontal operation accuracy, stability and seismic resistance of the carriage on the bed. AC motor synchronous toothed belt mechanism is adopted for transverse transmission, and ball screw movement is adopted.
The contact part between grinding head and column guide rail adopts rectangular guide rail. The wear resistance and rigidity of guide rail are increased by heat treatment process such as quenching and tempering, quenching and so on. The vertical feed is driven by AC motor, and the precision T-type lead screw pair on the grinding head drives the grinding head to move up and down.
The guide rail surface is equipped with organ type protective cover, which has good protection for column guide rail and screw.
The lubrication system of the machine tool adopts automatic electronic lubrication pump, which can be lubricated in fixed time and quantity. Table guide rail, horizontal and vertical motion guide rail lubrication, fixed time quantitative lubrication, forced lubrication.
The cooling liquid device of machine tool adopts high lift water pump, cooling nozzle is installed at the protective cover of grinding wheel, and there is a cooling liquid recovery tank around the carriage to recover the coolant to the cooling box, which is recycled after two-stage precipitation through the equal water tank and water tank partition board on the cooling box.
